Workshop Series
“We take care of the land, so the land can take care of us.”
Looking to connect audiences of all ages with the living systems that sustain us?
In our workshop series, we will explore how agricultural practices and land stewardship intersect and how they can be powerful tools for engaging learners of all ages in hands-on, place-based environmental education.
RIEEA is very happy to announce this year’s workshop series! These hands-on workshops, each building off of the theme of this year’s Summit: Education Through Cultivation: Rooting Teaching, Farming, & Healing in Relationship to the Land, will be co-facilitated by Rhode Island community members. They will share how they connect audiences of all ages with the living systems that sustain us.
