Meet RIEEA board member Lisa Maloney! Lisa works as a Community Education Coordinator at Audubon Society of Rhode Island. She first got involved with RIEEA in 2010, and became a board member in 2019. She currently serves as the Community Engagement Co-Chair on the RIEEA board.

Want to expand your efforts at afterschool programming with a local partner? The Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) has released a Request for Proposals for grants to support afterschool learning and enrichment opportunities.
On November 10, we had our annual Youth Leadership Retreat at Rhode Island College. RIEEA staff and Peer Mentors from last year’s Youth Leadership Program provided training and supported connections among youth from schools and organizations across Rhode Island.
