Join us on Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the East Greenwich Campus New England Institute of Technology, 1 New England Tech Boulevard, East Greenwich for Leave No Trace 101.
This course will introduce you to the Leave No Trace skills and ethics that can help protect the outdoor places we love. You’ll learn the basics of Leave No Trace’s scientifically-derived and researched curriculum and leave with a better understanding of recreation-related impacts and the 7 Principles. It is an excellent introduction to essential skills for all people who are interested in being more environmentally aware and sustainable when they are outdoors.

The event will be facilitated by Leave No Trace Master Educator and RIEEA member, Kerrie Tehan, and is co-hosted by RIEEA and the RI Land Trust Council.
